Data Protection Information – Job Applications

Purpose: To manage and assess applications received via the ‘Work with us’ form, as well as to contact applicants in relation to recruitment processes. The data may also be used to assess the application in relation to future career opportunities that may match the applicant’s profile, provided the applicant has given their consent for this purpose.
Legal basis: The processing of data necessary to manage the application is based on the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject. The retention and use of data for participation in future recruitment processes will only take place where the applicant has given their consent for this purpose.
Data processed: The personal data included in the CV and the application form will be processed, such as identification and contact details, education, professional experience and any other information that the candidate voluntarily provides and which is relevant to the assessment of their application.
Retention of data: Personal data and the CV will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the recruitment process. Where the candidate has consented to their retention for future recruitment processes, they may be retained for a maximum period of 1 year, unless the candidate requests their erasure beforehand or there is a legal obligation requiring their retention for a longer period.
Recipients: The data will be processed by authorised staff of PALACIO DE CARANCEJA, S.L. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation to do so or where it is necessary to engage suppliers to provide services related to the management of the application; in such cases, these suppliers will act in accordance with the instructions of the data controller and in compliance with the safeguards required by the applicable regulations.
Rights: The data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, where applicable, as well as withdraw their consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out previously.
